Owner and operator Andrea Ruskin has over ten years industry experience specializing in digital design. Ms Ruskin possesses a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design and a Master's degree in Communication Design. She has worked as a freelancer and as an employee of large and small design agencies. Her experience as a freelancer has provided her with the skills to manage all aspects of a client project. Enbridge Inc. Website Re-design – Telling the Enbridge Story
Enbridge Inc. had multiple user groups with varying needs trying to access information on their site. The new site needed to address those needs. It also needed to tell the Enbridge story accurately by communicating the company’s business and values.
A Collaborative Approach to the Design Process
The development of an educational resource for a Master’s thesis project reinforced the importance of a user centred design approach. The solution to what appeared to be a complex problem was revealed due to a collaborative exercise.
